In this discussion, I will be exploring the challenges loved ones and family members encounter when a family member has a rare disease. I will be sharing my thoughts on this as a mental health therapist who also lives with an invisible illness.

I will share with you how stress impacts the body and can play a role in experiencing pain symptoms. In this free workshop, at the Malibu Senior Center, I will share with you different approaches to help in managing stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
